Home remedies for acne on the back and sapoderm acne soap

The cause of acne in men can be traced back to heredity, and over activity of sebaceous glands, mainly due to lifestyle and stress. Stress sends signal to the androgens hormones, which is abundant in men, to increase its production. Coupled with bacteria and follicle blockage due to dead skin cells formation of acne is now inevitable.
Especially for teens, the perception that acne is caused by having poor hygiene is also a major psychological blow. This isn't necessarily true, especially in cases of severe acne, but it can still cause those who suffer from it to become more anxious about how others see them, and this in turn can cause self-esteem to plummet.
As a final step with home treatment, to ensure that the pores do not remain open, you can rub your skin down with an ice cube or splash cold water on your face. Using a home made face pack will also help in tightening the pores and giving your skin an even look. For this mix some rose water in cucumber pulp and a little gram flour to make a smooth paste and apply on your face and neck; leave it on for 15 minutes and then wash off with cold water. For a dry skin a table spoon of full cream milk powder added to this will give a moisturizing effect too. Be innovative and experiment with fruits and other ingredients at home and you may come up with your own unique face pack that suits you better than any that is sold over the counter.
